Chrome error when open photos & street view, showing black screen
0
Hi, so I've been using google chrome for a while to see some restaurants, and other retail store.
It was normal for quite long until 2 days ago. Everytime I click on a random store to see the photos & google street view, it went black. Both photos and maps were shown black until now
Sometimes It goes normal again for few minutes, and goes black again. then normal again then black again

I've done everything on what mostly people said
- incognito mode (result also normal, black, normal, black again)
- clearing cache
- check extension
- uninstall to a new fresh chrome
- disable antivirus
- disable hardware acceleration
- etc
basically tried everything on what people said and zero result

anyone can help me? Im using windows 10 on my asus

You break it, I fix it.
Relevant Answer
Copy this chrome://settings/system  and Paste it into your address bar. Hit enter and Disable
"Use hardware acceleration when available"

If that fixes it then try updating your video drivers.

Yog
Copy chrome://flags and paste it into your browser's address bar.
Hit enter and select reset all.

Try a quick browser reset in case a setting or extension is causing the issue.
If that fixes the issue add your extensions back 1 at a time so that if the problem reoccurs you know which extension caused it.

Ok, I had some more coffee and re-read your post.

Uninstall Chrome, then delete the google folder from your appdata.
C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\
Then reinstall. Everything you have synced will be restored once you log in again.

Ok I just finished uninstalling chrome+delete google folder
Then install chrome beta but it still the same.

Is it because of my IP address? or windows 10? I tried everything and nothing works.

this is with chrome beta when I tried to clicked random photo preview from restaurant. same as when I clicked the google street view to see the location

I haven't seen this issue before. If switching to beta didn't help then Windows is involved somehow. You should post in the Microsoft forums to see if anyone there has any ideas.

Try a different browser to see if the issue exists there.
