Very slow, especially with media pictures and video streaming.  I know this because other browsers like Firefox work fine.  I've tried the various fixes offered in blogs, etc.  

Having been an avid user of Chome over the years, I'm now using Firefox more and more. I don't understand it. Has Chrome lost their passion and have entered well into their comfort zone?  Are they ready to so easily give up?  Perhaps it is time for the others in step into the void.

I suspect that its a problem with the chrome installation on your computer.
It works fine on all the PCs i have access to ..
 
If you're tried creating new user profiles you could try installing the beta version to see what happens or just carry on using whatever browser you find works the best for you

I have the same problem and I don´t understand the answer. I have a PC and it does not work fine. Do you mean that i need to request for a new user profile when I reinstall chrome? Cant be right?

Creating a new user profile on your copy of Chrome is one of the things you can do to reset caches and associated folders

Listen, Mr. Chrome representative, you are doing yourself or the company Google no favors with your dismissive reply.  I am a business user, there is a similar issue across multiple machines and user-ids in my company.  You need to wake up and accept there is a problem and then fix it! Complacency has no place in business even for a company as large as Google. This is a fundamental flaw.  Get your act together Google before it's too late!

My remarks were directed at Google and not at you as an individual.  Unfortunately, you used the word 'hate' which ironically is again dismissive of my message.  In a way, I am also a volunteer in spending my time writing this reply.  I've used Google as my sole search engine since it was first developed about 10 years ago and consider it still to be the best search engine available.  I also have purchased many Google products across my businesses and the Google ecosystem is integral to my marketeers.  Therefore as a paying customer, I have the right to complain when standards drop and threaten Google's position as the premier search engine in the market. It really is the opposite of hate that motivates me to write.  I hope they take heed to my message.

I hear great things about firefox.  I have had so many issues with chrome I'm giving up on it. NEVER worked right.

Google won't stop imposing their changes on us. To me it's to justify the salaries of their programmers. Get theme to do something useful and let people have the browser they like, the way they like it. STOP IMPOSING CHANGES!!!
