Application does not work with new chrome version 76.0.3809.100

We are developing an application which is using iframe to load other application URL. So one parent applications holds other application using iframe. This parent application works fine. When iframe is loaded, application hangs.

After downgrading to Version 75, everything works properly. As this is very critical to us, please fix it asap.

Another interesting fact is, with version 76, if DevTools window is opened and docked (to Left, bottom or Right), iframe is loaded correctly. If DevTools window is closed or undocked to separate window, application hangs again.

I also had disabled flag chrome://flags/#out-of-blink-cors and no issues anymore .. Cheers Bulat Awx

my protractor test suites are not working

my chrome browser version : Version 76.0.3809.100

when i installed webdriver-manager , it came with chrome driver version : 76.0.3809.12 . but my chrome browser version is 76.0.3809.100.

i could not tweak and match driver version with browser version like in the past.

when protractor reaches any angular page , it breaks, even though i explicitly set waitforanglarenabled(true). My application has a mix of angular & non-angular pages.

in the middle of the script execution , protractor returns error :

browser version mismatch

And i am seeing , angular testability undefined issue very frequently , especially today. the scripts are working fine until 22 Aug 2019. What happened today ?

i updated the protractor version to : 5.6.2, also updated the webdriver-manager version to latest: 12.1.6

I also started have an iframe related black box in long eBay listing descriptions when Chrome 76 zoom level is 100% or more. At lower zoom levels it is not an issue. Also, not an issue in Firefox.

If the iframe height is 4097 or more then a solid black box renders over the iframe. If use F12 Developer Tools to change to an iframe height to 4096 (a binary number) the box goes away.

I'm having the same issue as the original poster described except the part with dev tools.

My chrome version is 76.0.3809.111 and I have some javascript which renders a chart in webview in an iframe. Checked all network call with charles and dev tools, all of them succeeds no CORS errors. Tried on chrome version 75 and everything works as expected. The only difference is that on version 76 there are three additional headers Sec-Fetch-Site, Sec-Fetch-Mode and Sec-Fetch-User. The origin site doesn't change. I get all the info for chart to be drawn however it is not drawing. Don't think the issue is in the drawing itself because on version 75 it works ok.
Is there any ways to find the errors?, because I cant see any in network calls. Also would be great at least to have an option in emulators to switch between chrome versions if on real devices it is forbidden.
