The print preview won't load (and the same screen will not load destinations). Using the guidelines from another user's post on the same issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, but this did not fix the error.

One-by-one turn off your extensions until you find the culprit.

Start with the VPN extension if you have one.

Chrome Print-Preview Fix

1 - Enter "chrome://flags" (without the quote marks) into the the address bar (also known as the location bar or URL bar).

2 - Disable "enable-cloud-printer-handler" (it may have been enabled in a recent update).

3 - Restart the browser.

4 - Try to print something to see if the print preview is working (hopefully it will).

I have a similar issue, but the steps outlined here did not work for me either. Both the preview and destination do not load. What seems to be the cause of this problem?

I've the same issue, i've disable "enable-cloud-printer-handler" but the problem persist, any suggestion?

I have an Acer  Chromebook.  The Nunya suggestion did not work for me, but this did:

1. Go to the Launcher (O) at bottom left corner of Chromebook screen
2. Open it up (arrow ^) and select the blue printing icon (HP Print for Chrome)
3. Go to top right corner of the screen and click on Add Printers by IP Address
4. Remove all printers listed there
5. Close out and try printing again

Hope it works for you too.

This worked for me!! Thanks Debbie!

However I didn't remove all printers. I noticed that my printers IP address was incorrect. 
So I removed it and added a new one with the correct IP. 

Now printing isn't an issue. Boom!
