Chrome Graphics Messed Up

Chrome all of a sudden started messing up most (but not all) graphics.   I am running parallels on a mac.   Since this issue started I have:

- updated MacOS
- updated Parallels
- Uninstalled and Reinstalled Chrome
- Changed user profiles
- Tried to replicate the issue on safari (mac side) and internet explorer (windows side) and this issue is limited to chrome across user profiles.

Nothing has fixed this issue.   It is mostly repeatable, but not always.   The top screen shot is a good example of a normal render (on safari/mac side) vs. chrome (windows).

This has been going on for a few months, started out of the blue, and has persisted through all troubleshooting that I can think of.

Having similar issues, graphics are tearing and Chrome unusable.  Have to use IE.  Gets worse than image below withal screen corrupted. I've re-installed, updated all drivers, cleared caches, incognito etc etc  no change.  can't see setup menu to make any changes to chrome setup.  And this support page does not render usably on IE.

Never use Chrome, but testing recently on 3D pdf display and same problem, torn graphics, text corruption etc. All other browsers are fine including Edge! Found the solution to my problem though, disable "accelerated 2D Canvas".
