I have this same problem and I have tried this solution and it does not work for me. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome, I've rebooted my computer, I've logged in and logged out, I even tried a system restore.

I still get this message pop up an incredible seven times each and every time I start chrome. Searching the net, millions of people have had this problem since way back to version 20. ???

Can anybody suggest another fix that might work?

Thanks

Bob

Hi Bob,
Do a manually uninstall of Google Chrome, so everything is 100% removed from Chrome.
See this reference:

then restart your computer and install Google Chrome from www.google.com/chrome
