extension icons in toolbar missing

I was using Chrome for Mac OS X one day, and then for no reason the extension icons disappeared from my toolbar.
Does anyone have a fix for this?

Hi PRGspoopyman,

Have the extension icons moved inside the top-right Chrome Menu/three vertical dots ( ⋮ ) ?

For the current extensions display in Chrome, you can:

  • Hide your toolbar extensions in the Chrome menu by right clicking on the extension button and selecting “Hide in Chrome menu.”

  • From the Chrome Menu, right click “Show in Toolbar” to bring a button back to your Chrome toolbar.

I updated Chrome and somehow it fixed my problem, and no, they did not move into it, the address bar just extended to the dots until the icons weren't visible, and I tried resizing the window and that did not fix it, I also tried what you said earlier and it also didn't work.

But yeah, the update somehow fixed it, I do not know why.
