How To: {Solved} FIX if Chrome wont save site settings /FLASH

Its been going on for awhile now no matter what i do i cant make site settings to allow flash to stick. it resets to default anytime i close the browser.

this has been going on for years now. Yes i set the site settings , yes I clicked the Lock icon, yes i reset chrome.

any help sucks having allow flash for the same site 35 times a day .

UPDATE; I figured it out,  If flash site settings are resetting every time you close the browser

go to Chrome://flags

find this and disable it. then when you set permission for flash on a website it will stick

Enable Ephemeral Flash Permissions

When enabled, Flash plugin permissions are reset at the end of the browser session. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS

#enable-ephemeral-flash-permission

Version 69.0.3497.42 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

UPDATE: 12/1/18    CHROME 71 HAS TAKEN AWAY THE FLAG THAT LET US SAVE OUR FLASH PERMISSIONS. I cannot sit here and keep clicking "allow" the "relaunch" 50 times a day. Please Give us the option to save the flash settings as we set them and Not RESET them after we close the browser. If I cant fix it i gotta go to EDGE and I hate edge but at least i can Control my own settings

Fixed, there is a flag that has to be disabled to make flash settings stick through multiple sessions.

Dear, a web browser design like Google, and my question is how can I say an ascending or descending time to view data that appears after 15 minutes (for example, if alarms appear at 8:15 am but browser shows data <8 am The last 15 minutes will not appear)

Holy hell, I have _never_ heard anything about "flags" in a browser before. Had no idea where I could solve this frustrating issue with HBO and their flash player. Yes, it's shitty that it's Flash in the first place, but I was losing my nerves when Chrome didn't remember my settings for the site.

Cheers to the UI department.

Automated Flash Site Enabler does work for GC71. Now I can play SSF2 again.
