Extensions (type Chrome:extensions into your omnibox):
During the last week I have recognizes the mouse scroll wheel function does not work when I use the Google Crome. No problem in IE or in other programs. Had no problem earlier.
So for the moment, I don't like to use crome.
Will Google fix this problem?

Josh RrHere is a Solution that worked for me::
Go to:
Control panel>All Control Panel Items>Mouse, go to "Lenovo" Tab and select "Advanced Properties", go to "Wheel" tab make sure the enable universal Scrolling is selected, select "Exceptions" and in the screen that pops up "Add" Chrome to the list and the scrolling wheel will start working in chrome. I hope this helps.
