Scrolling wheel on mouse does not work in Google Crome

Chrome Version :32.0.1700.76 m
Operating System :Windows 7
Extensions (type Chrome:extensions into your omnibox):
 
During the last week I have recognizes the mouse scroll wheel function does not work when I use the Google Crome. No problem in IE or in other programs. Had no problem earlier.
So for the moment, I don't like to use crome.
Will Google fix this problem?

Thanks Glen, I exited the Dell mouse service and scrolling started working immediately.
