How to Add a Google Chrome Trusted Site

Hi There!

Thanks for coming to the Chrome Community Forum! Below are the steps on how you can add a site to the list of trusted sites.
  1. Click the Chrome Menu icon on the far right of the Address bar.
  2. Click on Settings, scroll to the bottom and click the Show Advanced Settings link.
  3. Click on Change proxy settings (under Network)
  4. Click the Security tab > Trusted Sites icon, then click Sites.
  5. Enter the URL of your Trusted Site, then click Add.
  6. Click Close > OK.

Are there plans to make this operation easier to accomplish?
These proxy settings in Chrome take me back to Internet Explorer settings. I thought Chrome was stand alone. Whats the dealio?
My Settings, Show Advanced Settings, doesn't have Change proxy settings!   It is up to date per Google:
 Version 34.0.1847.131
Google Chrome is up to date.

Where else do I look?
Found it.  Proxy settings have been moved to Network.  Thanks anyway.
I believe those are Windows rather than IE settings. Although MS tend to assume that they're only IE (hence the alert next to "Enable Protected Mode"  that it requries restarted IE)...

There is no security tab in Google Chrome version 35.0.1916.153.  What am I missing?  Where is the security tab in this version? I am using MAC OS.

Thank you,
