Can't login to bank of america website

I've seen similar problems, but no answers or resolutions in known issues. When I try to login to Bank of America online banking, I enter my username on the first page, my passcode on the second page, then it cycles back to the first page requesting the username again. This is pretty much an endless loop. My username and passcode are correct, and I'm able to login using Opera and IE, but chrome is my default browser and I prefer not to switch browsers every time I go to this website. Any idea how to fix the problem?

Update, I can login in incognito mode, but not in a normal tab.

Hi mikehardin63,

Thank you for posting and sorry you're running into this issue. I do have a few suggestions for you to try so let me know if any of it works.
  • Since incognito mode work, it may seem that an extension may be causing this issue, so I would suggest to do a process of elimination of each extensions by enabling one by one.
  • I would also try resetting your Chrome browser and see if that helps too.
Let me know how it goes.

Best,
Kevin
