Chrome is completely broken, any way to fix?

Hello!

For the last 6-8 weeks, Chrome has been very spotty. It's not a crashing issue - Chrome actually won't load up at all. When it does rarely load, it's often to a completely blank screen (no buttons, menus... anything).

When I check task manager (Win 10), I can see Chrome on the list of processes (often multiple times, since after a few minutes I try to load the browser again), but there's no Chrome browser open anywhere that I can see.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did absolutely nothing. The first time I did so there was a "repair" button, but when I hit that I was prompted to install my Google Chrome CD.. so.. yah.

I'm running Windows 10 with McAfee active full time as my anti-virus software. Internet Explorer (well, Edge now) has been exhibiting similar symptoms, although not as horribly as Chrome does. Firefox has, as always, been the most consistent and easy-to-use browser. No Firefox issues whatsoever.

My company runs on Google-based software (mail, calendar, sites, documents), so ideally I access work-related stuff on Chrome, but that's been impossible lately.

Any help would be appreciated! I'm certainly not a computer savant, but I'm relatively savvy, so please assume that standard fixes have been tried (i.e. don't ask me to check whether my computer is turned on :P).

Thanks!
