Chrome won't open any pages, blank pages

Google chrome won't open any pages.
I have installed this on many computers. This one computer (fairly new Gateway) installed fine, but brings up a blank page. No links or web pages come up.
I have checked proxy and Firewall.

I've been having the same issue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but there was no change. I used Chrome for awhile until this issue began, now I'm stuck with Firefox.

I thought I would find an answer here but apparantly not.It opens to a blank page. I tried unstalling and installing twice.

Same thing here. Just blank pages. Doesn't seem to even try to access web. New tabs show immediately blank with "about:blank" label. Bookmarks don't work, nor do any attempts to type in url.
