Erik de WeerdNFL videos not working
Chrome Version (type about:version into your omnibox): 31.0.1650.57
Operating System (Windows 7/8/Vista/XP, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS): Windows
Extensions (type Chrome:extensions into your omnibox): AdBlock, Foxyproxy
Hey guys,
Since a few days the videos on nfl.com stopped working. Whenever I try to watch a video it starts loading, then a gray screen appears and that's it. I tried disabeling adblock, reinstalling flash etc. but all of that won't do anything... I have exactly the same problem on firefox and even on IE so I don't think it's chrome specific but maybe someone here can help me.
Thanks in advance.

Gouty - Top Contributor (Gmail & Chrome)Make sure your graphics driver are properly updated.
And have you tried Incognito mode(ctrl+shift+n)?

ADentonI had the same problem. I tried the incognito mode and that seemed to make the videos work for me. Can anyone tell me how to fix it so I don't have to go into incognito mode every time to watch videos.

Gouty - Top Contributor (Gmail & Chrome)Thanks for informing back! If incognito is working then surely one of your extension is causing this issue.
Try after disabling all browser extensions. Type chrome://extensions/ on the address bar and hit enter to get the extension list. You can also try disabling them one by one to catch the culprit!

Erik de WeerdTried incognito mode yes, but it's still not working.
Strange thing is that it happened out of nowhere between watching videos...

Google userI'm having the same problem. I've tried multiple computers as well so I think it's their website.

Yehuda WasserI had the same issue as you starting a few days ago. After enabling/disabling each extension and found the problem to be Adblock. I deleted it and reinstalled Adblock plus and the problem is gone.
Good luck! It was a rough weekend without NFL.com videos!

Rajesh medampudiguys had the same problem.. It seems the video on NFL and other football teams websites come form a same provider and we need to temporarily whitelist NFL and the respective website domains in the Ad Block plus Options in Chrome.

Caspar ChristensenI had to whitelist nfl.com in AdBlock to make it work. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, this seems sort of work-around-ish.
In the meantime, go mailbomb the developers so they notice the issue :-)

Marc Philippe CoteAlso having this issue for last few days. Tried taking off Adblock and still seems to not be working.
Not sure what is happening. Doesnt work on other browsers for me so seems to be an NFL.com Issue?
