Installation error

An error occurred while trying to install or update your application. While we don't have more information about the error at this point, you can help us investigate by providing us with a log. Follow these steps (Windows users only):

  1. Download and install our debug tool, Sawbuck.
  2. Open the Sawbuck application.
  3. Go to Log > Configure Providers.
  4. Set "Omaha" to "Verbose."
  5. Click OK.
  6. Go to Log > Capture.
  7. Run the installer that you had encountered the error again.
  8. Wait for the error to occur.
  9. Go back to Sawbuck and click Edit > Select All.
  10. Go to Edit > Copy.
  11. Paste the log file in the contact form below:
