Tips & tricks for Chrome
|Sign in to Google Chrome
Get to bookmarks and apps from any computer or mobile device by signing in. Any changes you make within Chrome on one device will be synced to all your other devices where you're signed in to Chrome.
|Make your own profile
If you share a computer someone on a regular basis, add new users in Chrome to keep your settings separate. User profiles are also handy if you want to keep your work and personal browsing settings separate.
|Make Chrome yours with apps, themes, and extensions
Dress up your browser with a colorful theme or download and use web apps and extensions. Web apps are programs that are designed to be used within the Chrome browser, and extensions are extra features that you can add. You can find a wide range of all three on the Chrome Web Store.
|Open certain pages or continue where you left off
You can open your favorite pages every time you start Chrome, or see pages that had been open when you last closed Chrome
|Browse in private or remove your browser data
If you don’t want Google Chrome to save a record of what you visit and download, you can browse the web in incognito mode. Or, you can delete your cache, history, and other browser data.
