Fill in forms automatically

You can save time by letting Chrome fill in forms automatically with saved info, such as your contact or payment details. When you enter info in a new form online, Chrome might ask you to save it.

Chrome never shares your info without your permission. Find out how Google saves and protects credit card information.

Edit or delete your address

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Settings.
  3. Tap AutoFill forms.
  4. Edit or delete an address:
    • Edit: Tap the address. In the top-right, tap Edit. When you've finished changing your info, in the top-right, tap Done.
    • Delete: At the top right, tap Edit. Select the address. Tap Delete and then Done.

Sync your payment info to Google Pay

If you’ve turned on sync for credit cards and addresses in Chrome and buy something online, Chrome might ask if you want to save your payment info. If you accept, your card will be saved in Google Pay.

Add, edit or delete a credit card in Google Pay
  1. Go to pay.google.com.
  2. Tap Payment methods.
  3. Choose an option.
    • Add: Tap Add payment method. If you don't see the option to add a new card, go to play.google.com/store/account to add a payment method.
    • Edit: Below the card, tap Edit.
    • Delete: Below the card, tap Remove.
Stop syncing payment info to Google Pay

If you’re syncing credit cards and addresses in Chrome, Google Pay will still store your credit card info.

Most cards saved in Google Pay will appear as suggestions when you’re filling in forms online. To stop syncing payment info to Google Pay:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. To the right of the address bar, tap More More and then Settings.
  3. At the top, tap the name of your account.
  4. Tap Sync.
  5. Turn off Sync everything.
  6. Untick 'Credit cards and addresses using Google Pay'.

Delete all your saved info

  1. Clear your browsing data.
  2. Choose AutoFill data.

Stop saving info to Chrome

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. At the bottom right, tap More More and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Auto-fill Forms.
  4. Turn off Auto-fill Forms.

Chrome doesn't suggest my saved info

If you don't get suggestions when you fill in a form, either:

  • The website might not be secure enough to get this info from Chrome. If the website is secure, find out how to fix issues with saved info.
  • Chrome might not detect certain fields in the form.
