Adjust website content settings

You can choose how Chrome handles things like cookies, images, and plug-ins, by adjusting your content settings. These settings control what content websites can show you and what information they can use as you browse.

Open the Chrome app .
Tap More Settings.
Under "Advanced," tap Content settings.
Choose the setting you want to update:
- Block pop-ups. Prevent websites from showing additional windows automatically.
- Google Translate. Allow certain sites to be automatically translated into your language.
