User can't download Zoom even after putting them in the right OU.

I have tried reinstalling, deleting al library files on mac. I tried safari and the regular zoom desktop install wokrs no problem. I have tried a different user and different machine and it works. However, on this one user even after placing them in the right OU they still get a notice saying "Blocked by orginization, doesn't meet security policy"

Hi Delvin,

Welcome to the Chrome Enterprise Help Community!

I see that one of your users is unable to download the Zoom extension on Chrome despite being placed in the correct Organizational Unit.

Would it be possible for you to check if there's any policy such as ExtensionInstallBlocklist configured on the user's device?

An extension on the blocklist won't be installed from the Chrome Web Store if the policy is configured to block that specific extension or all the extensions.

On the user's device where downloading the extension is blocked, go to the chrome://policy page and scroll down to the "ExtensionInstallBlocklist" policy and see if it's configured to block the Zoom extension.

Please keep me posted.

Best,
Brad

Hi, thank you so much for gettign back to me. I really appreciate it. However, the issue is not relating to extensions or the chrome store. The user goes to the zoom website to download the desktop client and it auto gets blocked. I confirmed it does not happen with other users or other devices. It strictly happens on this users account, regardless of which device they are signed in.
