Konica Minolta domain printers

Our organization has 15 locations with Konica printers at each one.  Our workforce uses Chromebooks and moves between locations all the time.  When I deploy a new device, I have to manually add each printer as a TCP/IP printer for it to work.
What I would like to do is maintain a list of printers at the domain level and have these printers preinstalled when the device is added to the domain.  They would just be available to all users all of the time, but would only actually work when the user was in that specific location. This way, I avoid all that manual work.
I've read lots of articles about IPP printing but if I could just add these printers as TCP/IP printers it would be fine. If a user tried to print to Location-A printer and they were not in that location, they would just get an error.
When I am in the Google Admin console in the Chrome-Printers section, TCP/IP is not even an option. Anyone got advice? I would be very grateful for any help. TIA!
