This is an interesting feature request. What's the business reason behind doing this?

"What's the business reason behind doing this?"

Not OP but it's a feature I have also been looking for. We have public Chromebooks (managed guest sessions) where Chrome starts on logon and loads a pdf. The pdf is a customs form. Customs being what they are, the pdf is quite information dense with lots of fields to fill out. So for the sake of readability, we would like to be able to present that pdf a little bit blown up from the get-go. As it stands, the only way we have of manipulating the size of what is displayed (without staff having to constantly instruct customers how to find and use Chrome's zoom function) is to buy a Chromebook with a lower resolution screen.
