Chrome Enterprise Upgrade, Chrome Education Upgrade, Chrome Nonprofit Upgrade, and Chromebook Enterprise are governed by the Chrome Service License Agreement, including the Data Processing Amendment. When you sign up for any of these services, you get access to additional services, such as managed Google Play. These other services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies as indicated below.
