Manage print servers

For managed Chrome OS devices.

Chrome version 80 and later

As an administrator, you can use Common UNIX Printing System (CUPS) print servers with your organization’s devices running Chrome OS. CUPS uses an Internet Printing Protocol (IPP) to print to print servers.

When you add a print server, users’ devices automatically connect to available print servers to query for a list of available printers that users can then choose from. You can specify a print server for everyone, or for users in certain groups or departments.
