Email order notifications

To receive order notifications by email when a buyer completes a purchase through Google Checkout, opt in to email order notifications:

  1. Sign in to Google Checkout.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click Preferences.
  4. Check the box next to 'Email me each time I receive an order, cancellation or other transaction.'
  5. Click Save preferences to save your settings.

Order notification emails will be sent to your Customer support email address.

If you're not receiving email order notifications after opting in, check your email account's spam folder. You can also ask your email provider to add the Google Checkout email domain, checkout.l.google.com, to your whitelist.
