In a chat conversation, you can copy a link to a message and share it with other members in the conversation.
Copy a specific message link
Important: Only people already in the conversation can access and share links to specific messages. When you share a message link with someone who isn't part of the conversation, they receive a notification saying that they don't have access to it.
- Open the Chat app
or Gmail app
.
- Select a chat conversation that you want to get a message link from.
- Tap and hold a message.
- Tap Copy link.
Tip: This feature isn't available for spaces grouped by topic.
