When you sign up a customer for Cloud Identity free edition, their license cap is 50. If the customer already has Google Workspace or G Suite, their user cap automatically increases.

The right pricing plan is based on your customers' needs and how you are managing your customers. For example, contract term is important for companies with a variable workforce. The Flexible Plan allows these companies add or delete user accounts and only pay for the service while it’s used. Some key differences between the plans.

Add licenses When you add licenses during the annual subscription term, they're added to the existing pre-paid year at a prorated amount and for a prorated term.

Important: You can remove licenses only when you renew your annual contract.

Cancellations

If you cancel your contract before the renewal date, no refunds are issued.

All fees paid are non-refundable.

Renewals

At the end of the year, you have the option to renew your customer for another yearly commitment, and pre-pay the service fee for the next year.
