Google Workspace payment plans

Google Workspace subscriptions are available with Flexible and Annual/Fixed-Term payment plans and a 30-day free trial.

Business, Enterprise, Enterprise Essentials, and Enterprise Essentials Plus editions

Your customers with a Business, Enterprise, Enterprise Essentials, or Enterprise Essentials Plus edition can choose from 3 payment plans. The Annual/Fixed Term Plan paid yearly or monthly works well for companies with a constant or growing workforce. The Flexible Plan lets companies add or delete user accounts and only pay for the service while it’s used.

Add or reduce licenses You can add licenses during your current term. The licenses are added for a prorated term and you're billed at a prorated amount.

You can reduce the number of licenses only when you renew your annual contract.

Add or remove user licenses at any time in the customer's Google Admin console.

If you cancel your contract before the renewal date, no refunds are issued.

All fees paid are non-refundable.

If you cancel your contract before the renewal date, you are required to pay the full amount of fees needed to cover the remainder of the term you committed to.

You can cancel your customer’s subscription or switch to another payment plan at any time.

Essentials edition
