Customize your support information for customers

Set the purchase and support links that appear in your customer's Google Admin console.

  1. Sign in to the Channel Services console..
  2. In the top left, click Menu and then SettingsSettings > Support
  3. Customize the support links in your customer's Admin console. Edits are immediately visible in a customer's account.

To purchase additional services
Enter the URL for customers to order additional user accounts. When a customer reaches their license limit, their Billing page shows a "Buy more user accounts" linked to the URL. If you leave this field blank, the alert directs the customer to contact you.

To contact support
Enter the URL for assistance with activation and deployment. Customers sees this link when they select the option to contact their reseller.

Note: The Customer support field is no longer in use in the customer's Admin console. You can leave this field blank.
