I'm not getting notification emails

If you’re not getting notifications from Google about your customers’ trials, renewals, transfers, and so on, check your secondary email address. This address is listed in your Google Admin console, not your Channel Services Console.

Find your secondary email address

Be sure to sign in to the Admin console for your Reseller account.

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. From the Admin console Home page, go to Account settingsand thenPreferences.

    The secondary email address is displayed in the Contact information section.
