I'm not getting notification emails

If you’re not getting notifications from Google about your customers’ trials, renewals, transfers, and so on, check your secondary email address. This address is listed in your Google Admin console, not your Partner Sales Console.

Find your secondary email address

Be sure to sign in to the Admin console for your Reseller account.

  1. Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.

    If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

  2. Go to Menu and then Account > Account settings > Preferences.

    Requires having the Domain settings administrator privilege.

    The secondary email address is displayed in the Contact information section.
