Beginning May 20, 2024, Google Cloud Marketplace applies reseller discounts differently for some pricing models that involve flat fees or commitments. For details, go to Changes to reseller discounts.
In the Partner Sales Console, you can view whether a build partner has granted you permission to sell their products to your customers. You can also view this information in Cloud Marketplace.

Partner Sales Console
You get a notification in the Partner Sales Console when a build partner grants or revokes permission to resell their products.
Requires having the Google Cloud Reseller Administrator role
- Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
- Click Alert .
- Click a partner discount notification to review the details, such as the build partner name, the parent billing account, and the start date of the partner discount.
Google Cloud Marketplace
- Go to the Google Cloud Marketplace.
- Choose an option:
- Review product listings in the Cloud Marketplace for indicators that confirm your selling permissions, such as a green checkmark or a message that the product is available for resale.
- If you received a partner discount notification in the Partner Sales Console, in the search field, enter the build partner's name and review its products.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with purchasing a product, verify that you are using the correct parent billing account. Additionally, reseller agreements with build partners can include specific terms or restrictions regarding customer segments or regions. Make sure your purchases meet the terms of the agreement before proceeding.
