Manage Partner-led Support subscriptions in the Partner Sales Console (for resellers)

Enroll a billing subaccount

Enrolling a billing subaccount in Partner-led Support introduces a Partner-led Support variable fee that is locked to the billing subaccount for a defined period of time. This enrollment lets the Partner file technical support cases on behalf of the projects bound to the billing subaccount. You may only unenroll the billing subaccount once the term has concluded.

  1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Consolewith your Cloud Identity or Google Workspace reseller account. Learn more.
  2. On the Customers page, select the customer's account.
  3. Select the Google Cloud subscription you want to modify.
  4. Select the Edit button next to Partner-led Support. 
  5. Change the support tier to Partner-led Premium Support or Partner-led Enhanced Support based on your subscription.                                                                  
  6. Verify your selection, and then click Save.

Unenroll a billing subaccount

Unenrolling a billing subaccount from Partner-led Support removes the Partner-led Support variable fee that was locked for the defined term. The Partner will no longer be able to file technical support cases on behalf of projects bound to the billing subaccount. Re-enrolling the billing subaccount in Partner-led Support applies a new Partner-led Support variable fee and restarts the locked term.

  1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Consolewith your Cloud Identity or Google Workspace reseller account. Learn more.
  2. On the Customers page, select the customer's account.
  3. Select the Google Cloud subscription you want to modify.
  4. Select the Edit button next to Partner-led Support. 
  5. Change the support tier to None.                               
  6. Verify your selection, and then click Save.

Other points to keep in mind

  • Billing subaccount must be assigned to a customer. Learn more.
  • There must be a Google Cloud Billing subaccount present in Partner Sales Console in order to provision the Partner-led Support subscription.
  • If the Partner-led Support base fee is not active and present, no Partner-led Support information is displayed for the Google Cloud Billing subaccount.
  • Order History doesn't track changes to Partner-led Support subscriptions.
