Manage billing accounts

From the Billing page, you can manage all of your billing accounts for Google Workspace and Google Cloud. This page lists all the billing accounts set up in your Partner Sales Console and their associated currency.

Sort the billing accounts by clicking Billing account, Currency, Billing account region, or Create date.

Billing accounts can have the following status:

  • Active—Billing account is ready to use.
  • Pending—Billing account won't be activated until you accept product agreements and terms of service.
  • Probation—Billing account has an issue that needs to be fixed.
  • Closed—Billing account has been closed and can't be used for payments.

Request a new Google Workspace billing account

If you want to sell Google Workspace services in a new currency, you can request a new reseller billing account for that currency. We encourage you to add the new Google Workspace billing account to your existing Partner Sales Console. Learn about the Benefits of using one Partner Sales Console for multiple currencies.

Before you begin: You need to already have a provisioned Partner Sales Console and have at least one billing account set up.

  1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
  2. Go to the Billing page.
  3. At the top right, click New Google Workspace billing account.

  4. Complete the request form and submit.

After you submit your request, you'll get a confirmation email that your request has been received. Google will be in touch if we require more information to create the new Google Workspace billing account.

After we create the new billing account, you'll get a confirmation email and the account will appear on your Billing page. If the new billing account’s currency is not already covered by your terms of service, the billing account will show a Pending status. To activate the billing account, click Sign below the billing account name to accept product agreements and terms of service.

The billing account is created with a default name. The format of the default name will be:

<billing_account_product>_<external_billing_account_id>_<currency_code>_<region_code>

For example, Google_Workspace_1-01234-56789_USD_US. You can change the name of the billing account.

Rename a billing account

You can customize the name of a billing account to make it easier to identify. For example, you might have different billing accounts for different currencies. You can change the default name of a billing account to make it easier to identify when you're selecting a billing account for purchases, transfers, and other transactions.

  1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
  2. Go to the Billing page.
  3. Next to the billing account you want to change, click More Moreand thenEdit billing account name.

  4. Enter the new name for the billing accountand thenclick Save changes.

Set up rebilling

Rebilling is a way to manage billing operations for your Google Cloud customers. The rebilling system assigns Google Cloud product costs to a customer or channel partner and applies a repricing configuration to adjust the final cost. Rebilling also lets partners export their customer data to a BigQuery dataset that they own. Learn more about how rebilling works.

Change payment methods

If you pay by monthly invoice, you can switch to automatic payments.

Accept agreements

If there are agreements you need to sign, the billing account shows a Pending status. Click Sign to accept product agreements and terms of service.
