The Partner Sales Console, formerly known as the Channel Services console, is the reseller-first console that aims to bring resale across Google Cloud products under a single unified tool.

As the home for our resellers, the Partner Sales console is built with the following goals in mind:
The experience of managing your customers and subscriptions is consistent from one product to the other. With the Partner Sales Console, you now have the same experience for Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, and Google Maps resale. The console will have same look and feel and customer management experience across all products.
We’ve heard from you that you want to do more with the console. We are investing in capabilities to provide the information to quickly identify customers that need your attention. Additionally, the console will focus on aggregate metrics across your customers so that you have an overview of your resale business.
Where partners used multiple tools such as Channel Services and the Google Cloud consoles for resale, they can now transact and manage subscriptions across products from the Partner Sales Console. Also, the console will support the right permission model so you can manage Google Cloud Platform and Maps and Workspace resale separately as needed, and provide an overview of your resale business across all customers.
In the coming year, the team will continue to release new reseller features including:
- Reseller-specific views of data: Get more visibility into reseller margins and access to billing reports with this information included.
- Business-level reporting: Dashboards with aggregate reports across all your products and customers and insights into business trends.
