If you receive a 404 error after clicking the Catalogs link on the left side navigation of the Merchant Center, it is likely because you are not signed in with the email you provided to set up your Google Catalogs account. Only one account may have access to the Catalog Center at a given time.

We recommend creating a generic alias (googlecatalogs@YourCompany.com) for multiple people on your team to use, if needed.
