You might still be able to set up your Cardboard viewer if your QR code is missing or doesn't work.
If you can't find a QR code on your Cardboard viewer
- On your computer, go to the viewer manufacturer’s website, and then look for the code.
- Use your phone to scan the code from your computer screen.
- Note: If you can’t find a code, you can make one.

Check your phone's internet connection.
