Track in-app ads in China with ssaid parameter

The ssaid parameter can be used to track impression, click, and floodlight activity on non Google Play Android devices in China. The mobile device must be on a Chinese IP address for ad activity to be tracked.

To implement app tracking on mobile devices in China:

1. Review the mobile trafficking guidelines to become familiar with placement tags.
2. In both floodlight activity tags and ad tags, instead of the dc_rdid= parameter listed in mobile trafficking guidelines use the pdid=  parameter for mobile resettable device ID, and the pdidtype=ssaid parameter to specify ssaid as the ID type.
