Set your advertiser’s billing preferences

In Campaign Manager 360, a billing profile contains all of the details used to generate invoices for your usage of Campaign Manager 360. Billing profiles group together related advertisers and campaigns to share the same billing and invoice preferences. Users with billing access permission can select a billing profile when creating advertisers and campaigns.

When Campaign Manager 360 was first set up for your business, Google Marketing Platform Support created a default billing profile based on the information they had when your account was created. You can modify settings within your billing profile and access information such as payment details and invoices.

You can access Billing if the "Enable billing read & write access for this user" option is selected at the user profile level for the associated account. Your organization admins can grant access for your user profile. Learn more about billing roles and permissions.

Please note that Billing functions might not be available for all accounts depending on your location and other factors.

To determine which billing profile to use, you need to know your business name, bill-to address, tax ID, currency, and invoice options. If you don’t have this information, please speak to the billing contact at your company (e.g., Account Payable, Media Buyer, etc.) If you need further assistance with Billing access, contact support.

From the Billing profiles section of Campaign Manager 360, you can:

Make updates to your billing profile

Billing profiles are used to group together related advertisers and campaigns to share the same bill-to and invoice preferences.

If your bill-to address is not correct, invoice settings don't meet your needs, or you would like to view your most recent billing transactions, you can see these documents and make edits from the Billing tab.

Keep in mind that any edits you make to your billing profile will apply to all assigned advertisers and take effect immediately to reflect on that specific month’s invoice.

To prevent any changes in settings that may affect or delay credits or payments you won’t be able to make edits to specific grayed out fields during the last day and first day of each month.

Your billing profile is organized into four sections. Read below to learn more about each and how to view or edit information in your billing profile.
