Configure SSO and cloud drive access

Cameyo implements the OpenID Connect standard (OIDC) to allow your users to connect through your Single Sign-on (SSO) identity provider.

Specify your SSO and cloud storage provider

If your account was provisioned on or after Nov 1, 2025, or your company participated in the early access for Private Preview and new customers beginning March, 2025, your Single Sign-On (SSO) settings should already be configured to use Google SSO. The following steps explain how to modify this and select an alternative SSO provider.

  1. On the Cameyo Admin console, select Admin > Company Settings.
  2. In Authentication settings on the right, the subdomain is your portal address, to which your users connect. If your company name is MyCompany, you can navigate directly to https://mycompany.cameyo.com/company to access your Cameyo Admin console.
  3. Also in the Authentication section, configure your SSO and cloud drive access:
    1. For SSO provider, select your company's provider or a custom one.

Note: Ensure the Identity domain field matches your company’s SSO domain. If this is not the case, contact Cameyo support for help. All domains need to complete Google’s domain verification process.

    2. For Request users to connect their cloud device, choose your third-party cloud storage provider. For example, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive.
  4. At the bottom, click Save.

Verify SSO access

  1. On the top right, click your user profile icon and select Logout.
  2. To verify SSO is working as expected:
    1. On the Cameyo Admin console (https://mycompany.cameyo.com), sign in. This redirects your login to your SSO provider before displaying the Cameyo Admin console dashboard.
    2. On the Cameyo portal (https://mycompany.cameyo.com/portal), sign in. This redirects your login to your SSO provider before displaying the Cameyo User Portal.

Note: If you need help, contact Cameyo support.
