Find storage information & low storage alerts

When you take photos and videos with Camera from Google, you can find the available storage information. When you run out of space, you can also manage your files.

Find storage information

1. Open Camera from Google .
2. To find the number of photos you can take, at the top, tap the camera icon. To find the duration of videos you can record, at the top, tap the video icon.
3. On the dialog, you’ll find the remaining number of photos and duration of videos you can take.
4. To close the dialog, at the top left, tap .

Manage files & free up space

1. Open Camera from Google .
2. At the top, tap the photo or video icon.
3. On the dialog, tap Open Files app.

Tip: If the Files app is already installed on your device, it’ll open automatically. If you don’t have the app, you can download it from the Play Store.
