How do I print a month calendar that is not shrunk? I want a full 8 1/2 by 11 size page of print 2 Recommended Answers 3 Replies 3 Upvotes
I am trying to print a full month of Google calendar. It is printing but it is not a full page. How do I get it to print a full 8 1/2 by 11 page?

How are you attempting to print the calendar? To print it properly, click the gear icon near the top right corner of the screen above the calendar, then choose Print from the menu that appears. You'll have some options on the left side, the most relevant being Orientation (landscape or portrait).
When you click Print at the bottom of the print preview panel, you'll see exactly how the page will look when printed. (I'm assuming you're using the Chrome browser here...) If the calendar is not taking up the whole page, which it should, then it's likely your print settings are incorrect. Click "more settings" on the right side of the print window and make sure Paper Size is set to "letter" and Scale is set to "default" so it prints properly.

Thank you! I was using Firefox as my browser. I downloaded Chrome and it printed the full page! I didn't think the browser would make a difference. I need to print all of 2020 for tax purposes. The IRS loves paperwork!
