I am getting the same error and I'm using Google Chrome.  I've been getting this error for a while no matter what computer I'm using so rebooting hasn't fixed the issue for me. Please tell me whats wrong and how to fix it. Also when I try to create an even it won't let me choose options to edit the event further.

thank you.

Hi, this shouldn't happen during regular manual use of the calendar, unless you are inviting lots of people for each event in which case you will run into quota limits. These exist for many things including event/calendar creation, editing, deleting etc on a per second, per hour, per day etc basis. but the number of invitations allowed per hour seems to be one if the easiest to trigger. You get more quota with a paid GSuite account.

If it's happening often under 'normal' usage (there is no definition of this by Google, but I do know that any calendar containing more than 25k events is not considered 'normal') then it's possible that synced devices or an authorised service is using up your quota so that's worth checking here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

What I have noticed is if you use both the options:
- All Day
- Repeat daily

Instead use only one option.

In my case using "All Day" from 1-apr-2020 to 1-apr-2021 worked, and it added event to all the 365 days from the first day to the last day.

Hope this helps!
