Good morning,

First and foremost, thanks for the awesome community. TONS of helpful information.

My issue is as following?:

I synced my Google calendar using the Google "secret address in iCal format" to my Outlook (Microsoft 365).

Google calendar appears in outlook perfectly and syncs without any problems.

HOWEVER, if I add an event to the Google calendar from Outlook, it DOES NOT syncing back to the Google calendar.

So if I add an event via the Google calendar, it appears on the synced Google calendar in outlook, but if I add an event in outlook on the Google calender it does not appear on the actual Google calendar!

Sorry, it is hard to explain but I hope it will make sense.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Also try testing in a different browser, clearing cache, incognito window, extensions disabled etc

Thanks, but I tried everything, still not working. Chrome, Firefox, Android phone.

If I manual add the ICS (url) from Outlook (business) to my Google Calender (personal) it is updated. But it is not syncing. At my (work) Outlook the status of my shared calender is "sent". That's right, because I got the new updated events.
So I know Outlook does sent the new information to everyone who has the link. But Google calender is not receiving it right or does not automatically sync it.

So the problem is at Google Calender's syncing method.

Sorry for my English.

Thanks for the feed Scott, my apologies if my explanation was not clear. I don't have any problems with my mobile devices. My problem is when I add events on my DESKTOP'S outlook that has my Google calendar synced, the events added don't appear on the Google calendar app then (either on my mobile or via the desktop website browser)

This script worked for me.

It is a small script running in your Google Drive.
