Super Admin cannot add Resource Calendar 0 Recommended Answers 26 Replies 75 Upvotes

Dear GSuite team,
I have created a Building - Resource A and B using my Super Admin account
And successfully added Calendar using Resource A, but I am not able to Add Calendar via Browse Resource.
It shows checkbox to select the resource B, but once checked, gives an error as

Cannot add calendar "Resource B "
You do not have access to Resource B's calendar

Please suggest if I am missing anything
Thank you

I'm running into the exact same problem, for resources created today.

I'm also experiencing the same issue. Only for new resources added. :(

I am also seeing that permissions I have changed today on older resources are not propagating.

Several calendars created weeks ago were not enabled for my organization. Today we set them to "Make available for (organization)" and that setting is not taking effect either.

I am chatting with Google support on this to see what options I have.

Google's SLA for propagating new resources is 24 hours (see step 3): https://support.google.com/a/answer/1033925

If after 24 hours, you still can't use the resource, then you should escalate to your appropriate support contact.

Saw the same thing for a day then it went away after 24 hours.  MDJ MDJ post for the 24 hour rule was spot on.

Same here. Created several resources 6+ hours ago. Still cannot access. This is a problem that Google should fix instead of getting covered by their 24 hour SLA clause. People won't use this product if everybody would have to wait 24 hours after creating and before using it.
