Having problem importing chinese characters via ical file
English character and event time and other details are imported successfully.
I opened the ical file with notepad and also with excel, the chinese characters are all displaying correctly.

Make sure your ical files is in UTF-8. Ty using different browser as well.

For the encoding of the UTF-8, is there anyway to check or to directly declare it in the file content?

If so check the encoding in the notepad. And change it to UTF-8
