I have a year's worth of entries on my PC calendar, but when I open the app on my iPhone, the dates are all screwed up. I have removed and added my account from the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. None of those worked. Don't think I'm the only one having this issue as I look around threads. Please help. Very annoying.

Hi Scott - what exactly do you mean by the dates are all screwed up? Does this happen with every event that you see or just certain events? If you create an event on your phone, does that sync to your laptop ok? If you change a screwed up event on your phone does that change stick or does it revert to the screwed up event later on?

Thanks for getting back to me, Priya.

Some of the dates that I have entered on my PC are missing when I open the app. For example, I have entered my work schedule on the calendar on the PC. It's an irregular schedule, but it repeats after 5 weeks, so I'm able to use the feature under 'More Options' to repeat the schedule. I've used this before, but I've never had it happen when the app doesn't sync properly. Does that explain it?

To answer your questions (and I hadn't done this before), I edited one particular day that was right on the PC, but wrong on the app, and it took edits in both directions.

Priya, after digging a little further, I have figured out that on my app, days that I have scheduled to repeat every 5 weeks are actually displaying every 4 weeks. That's where the problem is occurring.  I have taken screenshots to illustrate what's going on. On the calendar monthly view, focus on Monday, Feb 24. When I click on that displayed 'Z', you can see that it says it's supposed to be displaying every 5 weeks, but if you count on the calendar, it's actually displaying every 4 weeks. The same thing is occurring on the 25-27th. This is where the errors are coming in

Priya, in an effort to fix this, I completely deleted the calendar and redid the 5 week repeating schedule. Again, it's correct on the PC, but it is even MORE incorrect on the app now. Dates on the PC are correct, but now, not only are days missing, but they are misplaced, as well.

Thank you so much for this additional work Scott.

Can you please uninstall the app, clear the cache in the phone and then reinstall? If that doesn't work then I will probably escalate.

Priya, I uninstalled the app again, but I'm not sure what or how to clear my cache. Every Google search that comes up talks about clearing my Safari cache. Is that what you're talking about? If not, could you clarify? Thanks

Hi Scott

My apologies for the delayed response. And also my error - it isn't possible to clear cache on an iPhone - you can only delete and reinstall an app, which you've already done.

So if you're still experiencing issues I'm going to escalate on your behalf.
