You can transfer calendars or events you own to other owners. You can also move events to other calendars.
Before you transfer calendars or events in Google Calendar
- If you delete your Google Account, this also deletes all calendars you own. To save the calendar, transfer ownership to someone else.
- If you move to a new Google Account, import events to your new Google Calendar.
- You can’t transfer events with more than 200 guests to another owner or calendar.
- After you transfer an event to another owner, they get an email with a link. The new owner has 60 days to accept ownership of the event.
- You remain the event owner until the new owner accepts ownership.
- When you transfer events with a Google Meet link, the video conferencing policies applicable to that event are also affected. Learn how Google Meet settings apply to events created on or transferred to other calendars.
