Change your settings

You can change your settings for Google Calendar, including how your calendar is setup, notifications, and time zones.

Get to the settings menu

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. In the top right corner, click Settings Settings > Settings.
  3. At the top of the page, check out different types of settings by clicking General, Calendars, and Labs.
  4. Anytime you update a setting, make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Change your "Display density"

Calendar automatically adjusts the amount of information on a page (density) when you adjust your browser size.

To change how much space you see between information on the page, you can change your "Display density" setting.

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. In the top right corner, click Settings.
  3. Choose Comfortable, Cozy, or Compact.
