View from other applications
You can view a read-only version of your calendar from other applications using your 'Private Address.' You can get your Private Address in two different formats:
- XML or iCalendar - Use these formats to view a read-only version of your calendar from other applications. You can use this address to access your calendar from feed readers as well as products that support the iCalendar format (like Apple's iCal).
To obtain your calendar's private address, follow these steps:
- In the calendar list on the left, move your mouse over the appropriate calendar. Click the drop-down arrow that appears, then select Calendar settings.
- Select the XML button on the calendar's settings page. A pop-up window with your calendar's private URL will appear.
- Use this URL to access your calendar data.
To export your calendar in iCalendar format, select the ICAL button and click the displayed URL to obtain an ICS file containing your calendar data.
