وقتی مهمانان به دعوتهای شما از «تقویم Google» پاسخ میدهند، شما:
- اعلان ایمیلی دریافت میکنید
- میتوانید پاسخهای آنها را پیگیری کنید

.

- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- At the top right, click Settings menu
Settings.

Manage guest response emails
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- Create a new event or open an existing event and select Edit
.
- Check or uncheck the box next to “Get an email when guests respond.”
- This option controls email notifications for a single event or a recurring event series. It does not change your global Calendar notification preferences, which are found in your main Calendar settings.
- Click Save.
When you turn off guest response emails for an event, you do not get:
- Email notifications when guests accept, decline, or mark an event as tentative.
- RSVP statuses from third-party users, such as Outlook.
- Automatic email replies to the invite, such as out of office messages.
Tip: Even with email notifications off, you can check when guests who use Google Calendar accept, decline, or mark an event as tentative in the guest list. However, you can’t check the RSVP status for guests who use other calendars, like Outlook.
Allow guests to forward invitations
If you give your guests permission to invite others, they can forward invitation emails to new guests. The new guests are added to the guest list and can invite others when they respond to the invitation.
If you don’t want guests to invite others:
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- On your calendar, open the event.
- At the top right, click Edit event
.
- Under “Guests permissions,” uncheck the box next to “Invite others.”
