Sync Calendar with a phone or tablet

When you sync your calendar on your mobile device, the same events will be shown when you use Google Calendar on your computer.

Get started

On your Android phone or tablet, download the Google Calendar app from Google Play.
When you open the app, all your events will be synced with your computer.

If you can't find the Google Calendar app with this icon , you might have an older version of Android that doesn't work with the Google Calendar app.

Some calendar apps let you add your Google Account on the settings page to sync your events.

Tip: If you're using Google Calendar through your work, school or other organisation, you might also be able to use Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook®.
